anyways, it appears to be working. only reason I asked was cuz, i heard 12.3 broke a lotta mods, which some are being updated. Wasn't sure if mods like this, would be broken as well.
I am having an issue with the mod where I cannot use telekinesis at all with this installed even if it's the only mod I use. Does anyone know what causes this?
I am having an issue with 2 mods. this one and the always telekinesis mods are not as consistent as they should be. I can't always grab objects, enemies, and corpses with consistency. I have trouble with the telekinesis targeting the things for me to grab as well.
I'm wondering the same thing for the opposite reason. I don't seem to have any farther range than vanilla so I'd like to try increasing it but I'm not sure which value needs to be changed.
I don't know if its just me but for some reason the telekinesis isn't as fast as it should be. Pulling in objects takes much longer than usual and I have less control. I also have the divine spell power mod which effects telekinesis but they didn't cause any problems in U9.
If a mod is intended for a certain version it will say U11 or U9 if u use a mod for U11 in U9 it will not work at all it gets ignored by the code also it may not work because u installed it wrong which is unlikely or u have something that does the same exact thing which u said u do have so thats likely the problem, I also know I'm a month late just figured U should know this
I have seen a lot of people ask how to lower the force of throw with this mod so that people and things don't go intergalactic. The Author stated how to do it in a previous question for an older version. It has slightly changed but it is still straight forward. In the JSON file change these three settings to:
"pushDefaultForce": 55.0, "pushRagdollForce": 55.0, "pushRagdollOtherPartsForce": 55.0, This is tested. Fifty-five is still forceful but not intergalactic.
This post is for anyone else who has been having trouble with the speed at which objects/NPCs travel when thrown with telekinesis. I found a set parameter almost at the bottom of the JSON file labeled "MAX VELOCITY." Mine was set to 5000 by default, I lowered it to 3000. To be clear, at the time that I'm typing this, I have yet to try the game with the lowered setting so I'm not 100% sure that it's actually the cause of the problem; I'm fairly confident though. Frankly it seems a bit obvious. I'll be trying it shortly and will come back with a reply to this comment with either a confirmation and personal parameter preference, or (hopefully) the correct parameter to adjust.
