   I have been having the same issues with mods not appearing and with question marks.
   
   I fixed it when I realised that U8.4 is an optional beta so if you want to use this mod you need to opt into the beta in steam.

   looked at other comments and couldnt find a straight awnser so ima ask 
   is this u9 compatible as i cant see the build on the file

      ok i tried it and it does work but i cant find zoro's wado ichimonji (his white handled katana)

      U8.4B9 mods are U9 compatible, not U8.4B8

   Im playing on U9 downloaded everything properly ( 100% ) and my character  is invisible  and everything is a question mark

   Kusabimaru from Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is a pretty awesome katana. I'm not smart enough to add it myself so I wanted to throw it out there if you're still looking to add more.

    Im doing this manually but it shows up with .rar and when i try to open it it goes to notepad what do i do its normally a .zip file
