yo i love this mod, i cant not use it every time i boot up the game, and i know it might be tough but could you make the marauders axe? i would love that but either way this mod is amazing!

YES. We need a retractable blade. It would look so cool if you could just press a button and have the thing activate with the cool noise and everything. This mod is really good and I use it all the time but we NEED a retractable blade.
Man that s#*! is hard. My own crucible mod I've been working on (which isn't as good as this one as of now) is rather bland. But I've been working for months to give it a retractable blade. It's super tough to do in unity since you have to isolate the models and add VFX and sounds. I'm sure one of us will get it eventually though.
For anybody saying things like "add retractable blades!" that used to be in this mod, i think in U8. The reason why it doesn't have these elements anymore is because it isn't in the works now I believe.
If this mod gets scripted for item activation, with the sound and everything, it will be the best weapon mod for this game. I know you don't know how to do it, but the item activation mod has a tutorial for how to do so.
Besides that, the only improvements to be made are how the weapon hits people. For some reason if you swing fast, especially at their midsection, it glitches through them or bounces off.
