Just download the file, click on the zip/rar. Take out the folder inside and put it in Blade & Sorcery\BladeAndSorcery_Data\StreamingAssets\Mods. You also need to make sure you are on the right version depending on the version of the mod you downloaded. You can revert B&S to the older versions by going to Steam, go to the game page in your library, right click Blade & Sorcery, click properties, Betas. You can then choose the version you would like from there. Hope this helps!
