      download the quicksilver mod it allows you to move normally in slowed time i think its way better than this it makes you feel more like the flash because everyone is so slow compared to you  but look at the controls on how to use it first https://www.nexusmods.com/bladeandsorcery/mods/3438

      this pc > local disk (C:) > program files > oculus > software > software > blade and sorcery > blade and sorcery data > streaming assets > mods then drag the mods into the mod folder https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6-OSQbKtjPw&t=116s theres a link if you get confused
