To mod manually all you have to do is go into steam, right click on b&s, go to manage, browse local files, then open streaming assets. Once you have that folder open, you have to open your downloads folder on your PC. then download the mod(s) and extract the zip file (if its a rar file, you have to get an external program to extract it) then drag the extracted file into the streaming assets folder. final step is to boot up the game and it should run, if not, the mod is either outdated, you put the wrong files in, or you put the file into the wrong folder. hope this helps with your modding in the future!
