Right just wanna clear things up about 0Harmony. Any of my U7 and further mods that utilise harmony will use Harmony 2, any mod using Harmony 2 will not conflict with each other, no matter what version of Harmony 2 they are using, they will work. However, Harmony 2 and Harmony 1 will not function together. To fix this you will have to remove any mod that uses Harmony 1. Now here's where I'll show you how to find which mods use which version: First, goto your StreamingAssets folder, eg. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Blade & Sorcery\BladeAndSorcery_Data and search for 0Harmony.dll, you should get something like this https://gyazo.com/59d9951342789c664f6298ba180c597b
Now, any 0Harmony.dll that was last modified before February 2020 is version 1, any that are after is version 2. You can click on these dlls and press Open File Location to find out which mod this is and delete it. As you can see in my screenshot I have included an old man in there which has a Harmony version from 2019, that is obviously before February 2020 and must be deleted for any newer mods with Harmony to work.
Hopefully this helps clear some things up with the difficulties associated with harmony
I'm running into an issue specifically with armored npcs, mainly the star wars variant. Sometimes they'll spawn dead with all their limbs acting as if they're detached, but the model is stretched. When this happens the game bugs and I have to restart. Do you know if it could be the cause of this mod?? I also have slugga's combat overhaul and RPO
Edit* Got mine to work but you might want to backup/copy your current mod folder as this will disable a lot of your mods (KOTR Training included) I followed the guide in his other Neck Snap mod to remove/replace all previous versions of 0Harmony.dll, best way using the search bar searching for the file in your mod folder, and for me the mods that conflicted were the Bowties Modder Utilities mod, Memes Hand Dynamics, and an old mod called "Lift" was the last and recent fix for me. I just replaced my 0Harmony.dll's with the new one from Neck Snap which didnt seem to make the mods synergize, but it did make Limb Destroyer and Neck Snap both work! Was happy with the outcome.
