I mean what does it have in it? You don't say anything in the description. Look at the other mods on the site to get an idea of how other modders format their descriptions.
Not only did I list literally everything in my files, there is a showcase video as well as pictures on the main page. Instead of bothering me about MY mod page with what YOU want, just don't download it and move tf on. You already have me all f***ed up thinking I care how other modders format their own work.
I just wanted to know what was in the mod in an easily digestible manner, without trying to decipher what the jsons do, watch a whole video, etc. Imagine if every other modder only had videos and no description, it would take hours to get through a single page on nexus. I'm sorry if I offended you, I didn't know you felt so strongly about this and didn't want you to blow up on me =/
lol im not offended or blowing up on you. It just would've taken less time to watch the showcase video and/or just downloading and checking it out to see if its something you'd like, than going back and forth with me on what the mod actually is or suggesting how the page should be presented is all.
I watched it, I'm still not sure exactly what it does. It looks like it adds some sound replacement for npcs (or maybe custom ones alongside it?) and some ninja weapons. And something about a star wars blaster at the end? The video is from January so I'm not sure how up to date it is, I'm also still not entirely sure what it does sorry. The only reason I like to know is because I have a lot of mods and would prefer knowing what everything does to see if there will be any conflicts. Take the outer rim for instance, that mod has a tooon of stuff with a very detailed and in depth list of what it changes and adds.
Duke's been pretty clear they won't be listing in the description and they expect the programming jargon to explain everything to us non-programmers, and the video to explain everything to us as well. Clearly they overestimated the quality of their video, and the filename knowledge of the rest of us. Unfortunately they won't be fixing it so it's easy for everyone. Long as they know what the mod does, the rest of us can just screw ourselves.

if this a love letter to the culture then stop saying the word ninja, ninjas never existed and its quite an Americanized name and view of these mercenaries. the real life equivalent is a shinobi and they were not viewed positively in their culture and time
I don't see how the name you chose changes anything. the description of your mod is what I'm strictly referring too. culture and by extension its history is something you must respect, if you want to make a "love letter" to one then DO YOUR FUCKING RESURCH! or perhaps you can simply use different words to more appropriately represent your mod so it doesn't sound like your still in school learning the importance of word definitions and history.

I love this mod and your other mods, great work! Do you by any chance have a tip about how to use the Iron Fist waves? I mean, you cant really block "punches" with your hands, you receive damage anyway, so the only thing the player can do is try to dodge every punch (or set on immortality cheat :D ) I would love to try and use armament haki mod for this, but sadly it's not being updated for U11.3... so I wanted to ask here, if you even fist fight in B&S yourself :D Nonetheless super fun mod, thank you for it
I appreciate the nice words, thank you. The only decent method I've come up with when fighting those waves is with grab counters, although that can back fire if the timing is off or if the grab input just fails to trigger. Since there's no dodge button I tend to jump kick when surrounded as well. If in full try hard mode I go with a mix of Boxing and Wushu to stay ahead as long as I can. if chillin to play around I just grab and throw most of the time until I get knocked out lol.
Hey I absolutely love this mod. I didn't even realize that it had metal Gear solid 1 Raiden in it as an enemy. I see that we can use Hanzo as our Avatar but I'm having a hard time finding the avatar for Raiden. Was that removed or something?
Do you think you could update the mod description to actually tell us what's in the mod? It'd be nice to know what weapons and how many, any visual or audio changes, and everything else the mod changes. As it stands, the description hardly tells us anything and someone like me who can't really tell changes based on a youtube video could benefit heavily from knowing ahead of time what they'd be downloading.
The mod doesn't change anything from the base game. All my mods are custom .jsons meaning they are more DLC than overhauls. That being said the reason why I put in so much work in video showcases is so I don't have to type a books worth of descriptions. I constantly make changes/additions and it would surely be outdated information from one update to the next. Which is why I use the changelog more than anything.
