This is a red samurai kabuto helmet with a crescent moon crest. It has a shaped face covering which allows almost-unimpeded visibility, as well as excellent style. The standard helmet for samurai retainers. Very Honorable!
IMPORTANT IMPORTANT IMPORTANT
This helmet appears in the book under the "Plates" category in Apparel. It should be placed near the front of the head, in the "mouth" slot of the MoreSlots mod https://www.nexusmods.com/bladeandsorcery/mods/3943 As default, this mod does not hide the helmet when worn. This is intended for immersion and the helmet has been designed for first person use. If you'd like to disable the helmet in first person view, unfortunately I have no idea how to do so right now. Thanks for understanding! Also, this helmet almost certainly does not protect you at all! In fact, this mod has absolutely no quality control! I'm literally just here because I wanted a helmet to LARP in again!

REQUIRES THE MORE SLOTS MOD BY Wully616 IN ORDER TO BE WORN BY THE PLAYER. Sword in the picture from Katana Megapack Revival https://www.nexusmods.com/bladeandsorcery/mods/4080 No damager included since you should be wearing it not swinging it.
