   where are they? they dont seem to be in the spawn books and they dont spawn in my player book/menu

   Could you possibly add those teal doctors gloves by any chance? Would that be a possibility in the future? Looking to serial kill (in game of course ;) )

      Probably Ghettos Guns mod. Its in the last updated section rn. You need to download the firearm mod along with the firearm framework for it to work
