Adds the Training remote from Star Wars Episode 4!

To get the remote, go to the Outer Rim section (Where you would find the healing items, jetpack, etc.)
To activate training mode -> While holding the remote, press the spell wheel button. Let go and the training mode will activate, attacking you with blaster bolts.
To activate sentry mode -> While holding the remote, press the trigger. Let go and it will circle you and attack enemies with blaster bolts.
Mod Options:
Blaster Color: You can change the blaster color to a multitude of colors that are available in the Outer Rim mod.
*IMPORTANT* The "Training" color does not damage enemies or the player at all.
Difficulty Mode: There are 6 difficulties, based on the Jedi Survivor game.
1 -> Story Mode
2 -> Padawan
3 -> Jedi Knight
4 -> Jedi Master
5 -> Jedi Grandmaster
6 -> Will of the Force
Each tier gets increasingly difficult. This is also used to change the effectiveness in sentry mode!
