You can enable/disable specific maps through the mod options menu, as well as choosing whether or not it should only select modded maps.
For a map to be compatible with this, you need a LevelData Mode in the Level json that includes CrystalHunt in the allowGameModes list as well as at least one Item Reward pillar that would be used for Survival mode. For the Mode, just copy one from a base-game Level json and paste it into yours.
