This mod will NOT be ported to Nomad (Meta Quest version)!
Do not bother asking why. You will just annoy everyone.
Your firearms don't have parts? You need to build them yourself. Spawn a vice from the Ghetto's Firearm Tools category, freeze it by pressing the trigger, let go, and place your gun its slot. A menu will pop up allowing you to customize it.
You don't have ammo? Grab an automatic pouch from the Ghetto's Firearm Tools category and place it in a body slot. It will supply a fitting ammo item for whatever gun you are holding. This can be customized using the vice.
You know the devs dont really care about people pirating their game? So it looks a bit goofy from your side trying to be that "Fighter of justice"
Baron: Hey! I can speak for Kospy on this too because we are aligned on it - the thing about piracy is, that's their business! There's no point in getting upset or tryna chase piracy because pirates gonna pirate. Some will never pirate, some will pirate to test and then support the studio, and some will never purchase no matter what the circumstance, so no sense in worrying about it. For some people a game could be $1 and you will still have someone out there who will pirate it, so what's the point of dragging everyone who actually paid for the game through the mud with annoying DRMs and so forth. What we do instead is try to offer a motivation for buying the game. We all know many people pirate because they feel games are overpriced or they hate a studios ethics, so we always kept the price of B&S modest, even with full release. We never launched DLC during early access or before the game was complete. With the extra resources we from people buying the game we offered a ton of off-roadmap stuff as a thanks to the community support. We undercut our own hype to avoid runaway hype and disappointment (underpromise, overdeliver). We make the game as moddable as possible and don't take any attitude that modders are some kind of threat (a chunk of the WF team are ex modders, direct from the community). And last, we don't over polish our PR stuff, because we want to be as authentic as possible - the vibe Kospy and I have is, you don't need to be always tryna sell your product or push your product on the consumer. If you are cool, and the product is cool, it will sell itself eventually. No need to nickle and dime customers either. We do all this stuff because we are gamers too and just like most, sick of all the BS in modern gaming. So when we had a chance to have our own studio, the idea was to lean into the belief that people will support studios that do good. Indeed, don't forget everyone who bought the game built this studio - 5 years ago it was Kospy sitting in a bedroom office and working on an arena sandbox game alone. As a result of players who supported the studio, there will be more Warpfrog games for a long time to come. So that is the vibe on piracy, OP! The only thing I would say about pirates playing the game is, if you did pirate the game please don't request tech support! And it is not some kind of protest against the pirate, but rather there have been times I have gone down troubleshooting rabbit holes with people and back and forth in DMs over a week only to later discover their install path is a pirate copy. And it's like, duuuuuuude your game is not working because you are playing some random old version of the game that had long fixed bugs or is crammed with wrong version mods, lol. That kind of thing it unfairly eats my time, so it is appreciated if I don't have to deal with that! 😄
baron has a fair point, piracy is your own business but we wont help you if your mod doesnt work cuz of ghettos mod. its not intentional his anti-piracy thing its just we're sick of hearing from folks having problems with the mod and its just cuz their game is pirated.
also the only time i think piracy is justified is with AAA companies those mfs can get bent
that's not how it works this mod uses scripting and nomad doesn't (might now idk but still you need to port the whole mod also it's just as big as this mod it's going to blow up your headset)
So, I'm having trouble with a weapon in the mod. I can't figure out how to fire an RPG-7. All other explosive weapons work, but I can't shoot my rocket launcher. I may be stupid, but can someone help?
theres no ballistics system so range is virtually infinite. theres a damage multiplyer in the book. and almost every gun has kevlar piercing and if it doesnt theres ammo to allow it
Hello! So i tried downloading both the framework and this mod however my game always crashed which is unfortunate cause the content in the mod looks absolutely insane!
Are there by chance any known bugs or things I should do to alter my luck?
NO I DID NOT PIRATE THE GAME I just want to play this mod lol

Right now it's very crude and not working well, but I didn't want to remove what I already had
