You could try deleting the file "Effect_HitBlade.json" from either mod folder. If you delete it from this mod, you'll get ultraviolence sound effects. If you delete it from ultraviolence, you'll get Sekiro sound effects. (Theoretically)
I tried deleting hitbladejson from your mod and kept ultraviolence, and then deleted ultraviolence hitbladejson and kept your mod but either way it just ends up getting rid of the blade clash sound effects completely. Thank you for the suggestion though.
you should add customization options. instead of making a seperate file, you could have an option to disable the spark effect, or an option to disable the sound, or both
