      I'm not sure what could be causing the issue, but I would try reinstalling or resetting the quest progress through the menu book or the quest log

    I went to the citadel in crystal hunt, but there was nothing to interact with and no hint as to what to do. i clenched my fist and the citadel fight began. How does this work?

    Is there only one bounty? i complete it then citadel disappears from the map

      There's only one bounty so far. I may go back and add more bounties, but I'm focused on different mods for the time

    it doesn't work for me, is their something I'm doing wrong? I'm going to citadel and i don't see anyone. does it only work in crystal hunt?

      Yep, only works in crystal hunt. HuJohner told me that when i asked for help with my quest framework mod.
