Heavier Enemies(Recommended)makes the ragdoll and standing weight around 3x more so the weight is more realistic. Slightly Heavier Enemies increases weight but not as much, kind of mid-point between vanilla weight and the mod's weight. Extremely Heavy Enemies increases weight by 10x. It's just a goof around mod, makes the enemies very "bouncy" for some reason.
