Would be nice to be able to put the pistol on your side holsters. Luckily, it is fixable by changing "slot" to 2 instead of 4. Also would be nice to have a normal looking pistol, and for the M4A4 to actually shoot
The gun isn't positioned correctly, at least on Vive. It points too far downward, and kills immersion. The top of the gun should be parallel to the top of the Vive wand tracking ring.
Hey guys! I didn't expect this mod to be this big but just a heads up there will be a pretty big update very soon! It should include a lot of bug fixes as well as lots of community suggested items. There's lots to cover in it but it should be out shortly. Thanks for all the feedback!
For example, I've separated the bullets and casing (suggested not too far below), Reduced the amount of smoke, added a muzzle flash, removed the ugly skins, fixed shooting (hopefully), added attachments, etcetera etcetera.
Will "reloading" be a thing? You can make a quiver-like item for your hip holsters that can hold pistol mags/rifle mags. There's a mod recently that was made that makes a separate item which is an arrow quiver with an infinite number of arrows, perhaps you can make that as well, like a separate magazine quiver thing.
So you can press a button on the pistol to drop the mag (and grab it and pull it out with rifles), then you can place a mag in and maybe if possible you can even pull the slide back on the pistol or the charging handle on the rifle. IDK. Don't wanna overwhelm ya because I know this might take quite a long time to create but still the idea would be nice.
Hey Zephlyn! I was looking forward to using this mod but the ups won't fire in slow-motion. Is this a known bug or user error? I installed on vortex and play on oculus if it makes a difference to know that. Of course, I don't want this to be all criticism so I'd like to tell you that I have been using your mods for b and s since the very beginning (as in like early days of the discord server) and you've come a long way. Keep it up!
oh and I noticed that the usp shoots physical bullets that despawn after a while. So I picked one up and it despawned and stuck my hand in that spot. Once again might be a bug or it might be user error like all things with mods.
