This mod is extremely experimental please do not expect it to work the way the single player does.

I have spent the last couple of months getting the mod to this point. Physics based games (which B&S is) are pretty difficult to make multiplayer, even more so when you're doing it as a mod loaded onto the game. There may be technical issues that can't be surpassed for this game, I don't know yet and I wont know until I get stuck. Right now I haven't been stuck for more than a few days on any given problem. This might be a mod that ends up only supporting coop, or maybe 2v2 pvp.

Even if I continue to make progress on this mod, its possible it breaks in between game updates. Ill try to tackle those as rapidly as I can, but this is just a hobby right now and something that is keeping me engaged because i've found it interesting. In order to provide more servers ill post a patreon/open the donations through nexus mods (that will be some time from now). The money donated would pretty much go directly to hardware, then building out more features.

I am uploading this mod in order to make it better. It will perform really poorly for sometime, then as I update it, it will be a little better. Then maybe in some time we will have a true multiplayer experience. Please provide feedback on things that dont work. Ill read your messages even if I do not respond, I definitely appreciate the info/feedback.

So what works in this terrible mod?
You can use telekinesis on items that exist, you can walk around, you can wave at each other, and maybe even punch each other. Dieing might cause you to disconnect, like I said, this is an experiment.

Ok, but what doesnt work?
You cant spawn weapons, you shouldn't leave the arena map, you cant have other mods loaded, pretty much everything.

Why can't I connect?

  • I turned off the server and am currently working on the mod
  • You have other mods loaded
  • There are already too many people connected to the server.
  • I dunno
