   Do you think it is possible to use this method to put all gear and enough money in a container to simulate a ng plus ?

   Mod doesnt install. Latest version for both TFC and this.

   I am not able to install mod. When TFC install asks me to choose mod folder. it tells me the folder does not contain mods.

      You might be using an old version of TFCI. They now have 1 that should fix the issue.

   when do the vigors unlock? I've interacted with the Luteces a few times already and I only have the first 2

      After you visit the Murder of Crows and get to the last part before entering Monument Island. Should show up in any container.
