Extract - unpacks game files (example Localizedint.lbf)
You just need to select the path to this file
After unpacking the file, a message will be shown, where the corresponding path to the folder with the game archive files will be displayed. It will be called approximately Localizedint.lbf EXT.
Repack - reassembles the unpacked game archive Localizedint.lbf EXT
The resulting file will be called - REBUILT.dat.
How to put the modified file back into the game:
After receiving the REBUILT.dat file, go back along the path to the file that was unpacked earlier and rename the file with further replacement, the file name, for example, is Localizedint.lbf.
Make your edits inside the files
Launch the game and check!
