New Game Plus (sort of). This is a cheaters mod for people who have played this game to death and just want a good build from the start.

Instructions for use and installation in zip file.
As stated, this is a cheaters mod so the included build assumes that you will not need to worry about Eve Hypos or First Aid Kits (whether from being in god mode or giving yourself 999 of each)
This mod allows you to increase your maximum health and eve as much as you like but they cannot be reduced once increased.
You can give yourself every weapon upgrade and ammo type (except the final upgrade for each weapon) as well as max out your research for every enemy type.
You can also pick and choose which Plasmids/Tonics from my build you would like; simply read the instructions.
Included Plasmids: Hypnotize 3, Swarm 3, Telekinesis 3, Winter-Blast 3, Cyclone-Trap 3, Decoy 3, Security-Command 3, Incinerate 3 (see instructions)
Included Tonics: Armored Shell, Armored Shell 2, Damage Research, Demanding Father, Drill Lurker, Drill Power, Drill Power 2, Drill Vampire, Electric Flesh, Electric Storm, Fire Storm, Ice Storm (yes they stack, I have tested it. They will all burst with this combination instead of the combo tonic that just does one of a random element), Elemental Sponge, Elemental Vampire, Eve Saver, Eve Saver 2, Frozen Drill, Walking Inferno
Included Weapon Upgrades: Drill Damage, Drill Fuel Consumption, Rivet Gun Damage, Rivet Gun Clip Size, Machine Gun Damage, Machine Gun Recoil Reduction, Shotgun Clip Size, Shotgun Damage, Spear Gun Damage, Spear Gun Zoom, Launcher Clip Size, Launcher Damage Immunity. (all upgrades but the final one for each gun so you have a reason to still find some of them)
