At the moment with it's flaws; no, not at 60 dollars. Mostly because combat is very janky and really needs some rework done to it. The world is fairy large but empty. Already they are working on a patch to address issues with the game. I got the game for 44 bucks on green man gaming.
This game is good for consola kid's only:D in my opinion ofc...:) Days Gone or Outridres much better... BTW ur reshade is too dark like darkshade :) And in ur setting u need decrease saturation...
I think that a Hit Impact Animation Mod should exist, I don't know if It would be possible to add, but just a minimalistic touch to increase the Combat in this game, which is sh* on a lot.
It would remove the complaints of the game's combat feeling almost meaningless, and hits seeming empty in comparison to damage or reach.
Its a bit bare bones and repetitive in the game play and the story tries to take itself seriously while the game goes for the opposite oddly enough. I am enjoying my time with it. If you decide to get it I would highly recommend going equally for melee, guns and the mutant/Psi abilities and swaping throughout the fights as things will get repetitive fast otherwise and focus on making a character you like the look of rather than getting a boost in one field or another.
I play on extreme and it's still a little easy at times. Definitely a chill-out kind of game. I love me some pointless exploring, looting, and completionist tasks after a day at work lol. (Seriously, I adore this game. No sarcasm.)

Someone wrote in bug reports this solved it for them.
"Fixed the issue myself, you can mark it as 'solved' if need
Changing the three values here to 0.000 (0.050 for Curve) fixed it."
