    I followed the introduction and replaced the original files with yours. But it doesn't work. The intro logos doesn't skip. Any ideas?

      I just tried the mod again and it works for me. It unfortunately doesn't skip the SpeechFX and CriWare screens.

    This seems to skip the Sega logo but not the SpeechFX and CriWare ones.

      That's true, unfortunately. I couldn't find/access the files to skip those, too.
