Questions and Answers
How do I install this?
Installation is the same as all other BattleTech mods. Make a "Mods" folder in the "Battletech" directory that contains BattleTech.exe (on Windows). Paste ZIP file in Mods directory, then extract contents to TommorowsTechToday [sic] folder.
If you have ModTek, the mod will be enabled by default.
For non-Windows platforms, install ModTek as per instructions, then paste ZIP file in Mods directory and extract contents to TommorowsTechToday folder.
Is this compatible with [insert big huge mod pack here]?
Haven't tested this against any of them, but due to having its own self-contained assets and only featuring one planet, it should be compatible with other mod packs.
What's up with the enemy name in the final mission?
Technically, the in-universe characters don't know who they're fighting, but I wanted you, the player, to know.
I am being murdered by the enemies in the final mission, and the turrets are dying too fast because some of them are Sensor Locking instead of shooting.
I've done my best to make the turrets OP in your favor, but I haven't figured out how to make them stop Sensor Locking instead of shooting. If anyone knows how to do that, please post a solution.
In terms of other advice, focusing fire on single enemies, and having at least one Mech hang out "behind" the base does a lot to make things managable.
I completed the Flashpoint. Was I supposed to get that giant, huge list of stuff?
Yup. It was the only practical way to do it, since you can't buy any of it.
I chose Flashpoint Option C, am I screwed out of the gear?
No! There are post-conclusion events that allow you to obtain some of the gear. These events also serve as a way for people who did complete the full Flashpoint experience to replenish their stocks after combat losses.
