I guess this is for use with a mod that imposes restrictions? Because in vanilla, all mechs are able to jump.

Revolutionizes the game, as salvaged mechs you'd normally bypass as useless suddenly become reasonable choices. Also beats manually editing .json files, so I'll be getting plenty of use from this mod. Great work!
