    thank you!
please tell me which files need to be edited to change the standard radiator? a standard radiator has -4 heat - which file and what should be changed to -100 in it? I want minus a hundred... which files were found by the heat tag - changed. but in the game, the value has changed only for the clan radiator. and I want the standard one, since the clan one is not installed. please help me make a cheat radiator.

I've noticed that some mechs have more than 60 heat sinking - the Warhammer 6Rb and Awesome 9M among them. Maybe a few others too. What's going on with that?

I wouldn't know. I do not use or support BEX anymore.

I cant get this mod to work. How do you install it? Currently I have this mod unzipped into the Battletech/Mods folder that Battletech Extended is in. And while that mod is working fine All my mechs still only heat sink 30 or 40 head if they have double HS base for the engine. I was working off a clean install of BEX. Create Mod folder, DL BEX into and unzip so all the sub folders are sitting in the Battletech/Mods folder. DL the community asset bundle and then run update CAB command and wait for 45mins as it DLs like 20 GB into the folder. Then I DL and unzipped this mod into the folder(battletech/Mods), and then I ran the modtek injector.

Put the BT_Extended_HeatSInks_Restored folder in your mods folder. It should be among all the other BT_ folders so that when you open the mods folder it'll be like like

      BT_Extended_3050
      BT_Extended_CE
      BT_Extended_Clans
      BT_Extended_EngineSize
      BT_Extended_FPLore
      BT_Extended_HeatSinks_Restored  <---this mod
      BT_Extended_JJs
      BT_Extended_Plus
      BT_Extended_Quirks
      BT_Extended_Quirks_Plus
      BT_Extended_Timeline

I did notice that some Clan mechs are not fixed, mostly the IIC mechs that did not use XL engines. The heatsinks data line is missing in the chassis json file so that'd be why those mechs got skipped over at release. The IIC mechs should now all be fixed in version 1.11

If you notice any missed mechs let me know (they will most likely be non XL DHS mechs).

Seems to be working great now. All the DHS mechs I have now sink 60 heat.

Does adding this mod require a restart or will it fix the mechs I already have?

It'll fix your current save file, assuming your current save file is a BEX save file.

So if you picked the earlier start date, when you find that los tech mech it'll actually be a game changer for you, worthy of all the death that become lostech treasure hunters.

If you picked one of the later starts you'd had better read those ComStar reports carefully to see where the latest mechs are being rolled out so you can go grab yourself a couple

*hint* if you are playing a campaign game and not a career mode game, use my Map & Flashpoint unlock mod and go do the Criminal Mind flashpoint to grab yourself the SLDF Royal Griffin-2N (*will not work with your save file if you already received the Argo*).
