Perhaps this is a dumb question, but where do I put this mod? Game doesn't recognize it if I put it into the mods folder. And, you do not specify if I need other software to run the mod. Do I need Something else to implement this mod?
Having an issue with ShadowHawk displaying on BEX version of Mech Affinities. Does not seem to show all the details for this mech in the tooltip. Just says 'ShadowHawk+'. With the current update affinities is compatible with pilot quirks and pilot fatigue. It just needs to load after pilot quirks for some tool tips to appear correctly.
Future updates maybe less compatible since it will include an optional replacement for pilot quirks

I noticed while playing the game that the 3 UrbanMechs as well as the Highlander 732B don't get any affinities, is this deliberate or an oversight on your part?
Also if I want to add affinities to custom mechs, what do I need to do to add them to the settings.json file?
Oversight, that I should correct they should have affinities. To add custom mechs to affinity you just need to add them to the settings.json.
Find the prefab used by the mech in its chassisdef and add it to the affinity of your choice. To successfully add it the string you add should be the prefab I'd plus an _ and the tonnage of the mech.

Question: can the skill bonuses from this mod go above the regular skill cap? Eg if I already have Piloting-10, can it become 11 or 12?
