No, it is only about the Heavy Metal campaign. For regular flashpoint missions, normally you should be able to repeat them if you delete their corresponding completion tags from your Company Tags using a save editor (see https://www.nexusmods.com/battletech/mods/408 ). For example, in order to replay "Yang's Big Score", you"d delete the tags "flashpoint_yangBigScore_complete" and "flashpoint_yangBigScore_a" (or b), allowing the Flashpoint to appear again. I haven't tested this though.
For Heavy Metal it's different because the Flashpoints are triggered outside of the "random Flashpoint" engine. They are triggered by Events, and removing the related Company Tags does not allow the Events to trigger again as there probably is something else behind them. So this mod provides a workaround for that.
