All The Salvage All The Time

This Mod change The Maximum Potential Salvage from Contracts

Let's go and swap those CUTE salvages OR NOT

Story Missions affected immediately but other contract need to refreshed with traveling to another star or wait for 30 days (end of month)

IMMPORTANT

game have UI limit in after match Priority Salvage choosing screen that limited to 7 item
for bypass this problem make this change to SimGameConstants file
priority salvage amount still show in negotiation screen as 25% of all but in after match it's depend of the number "PrioritySalvageModifier" in SimGameConstants file thats mean if you change the  "PrioritySalvageModifier" to 0.05 for every 20 item you can choose only one item (5%of Maximum) and if there only 19 item in after match all of them auto assigned to you
