Balance has been reset in the 0.7.0 update. I was getting some reports reports of problems. Difficulty has been set more conservatively until I can test each mission individually. (Which I now have the tools to do easily). I set the enemy difficulty systematically as described in the readme.
@ SrJoben, love this mod however as of 1.8 this breaks the contracts system and contracts are unable to load when visiting a new system or once you have done all contracts for a system.

Great idea, thanks! I just wish some of the campaign/flashpoint scenarios could also be so retrofitted - it is damn near impossible to defend 200HP structures against 3 lances coming from different directions, even when I have way stronger 'mechs.

If you find that doesn't have the turrets, or won't load, or is otherwise broken tell me about it.
Include the contract name in the report or it's useless.
