I know there are other mods that do balance, but this is my own version, so I don't really know what the hostility is for? Sure you may say that other people's are better, but there's no need for hostility.
All changes were made independently, I did not know Zot's nerf was a thing until I had already done it. The change was made based off of my own experience playing the tabletop game.
I have not yet gotten to LOStech, but I plan to.
I edited the + versions of the weapons with the new base stats of each weapon (so every LRM variant has the reduced stats, for example), and also edited the + versions of the smaller ACs in order to make them more balanced with the multi-shot changes.

I really hope you conisder doing LOStech and player abilities as well.

I noticed you also copied Zot's nerf to precision shot to make it an interesting tactical decision. Zot has done some excellent work so nice to see.
I didn't see any adjustment to LOStech. Was there? Or are you planning to? Or is that outside your scope?
Also, are the +,++,+++'s balanced at all?
