sprintRangeMelee - bool - default true - Melee now can happen at sprint range.

Requirements
- install BattleTechModLoader using the instructions here
- install ModTek using the instructions here

- You can now move to another melee position even when you stand next to the enemy.
- After installing BTML and ModTek, put the MeleeMover folder into the \BATTLETECH\Mods\ folder.
- Start the game
