    Q?  Will the required Modtech work if I unzip it to the Steam/BattleTech/mod folder, or do I have to do that differently?

    I missed this functionality while playing BEX. Just installed it and it works fine whit current version of the game and bex

    I swear I did like 6 or 7 damage to an enemy pilot one time!

      possible, especially with mods that improve the level of the AI pilots

    Tested with 1.8. Current version seems to be working using the built in mod loader.

    Ran test. Current version plus the ModTek prerelease version for Patch 1.7 still seems to work.
    Good for now.
