This ModTek modification makes the game skip all prologue-related cutscenes, tutorial missions, and talks when starting a new campaign:

New -> Loading -> Commander Creation -> Leopard

No wasting time!

In detail, only the commander creation is copied over from milestone_001_characterCreation.json to milestone_000_cinematic_prologue.json. The prologue video action is removed and the next milestone file is set to milestone_114_sim_leopard_start.json.
That’s the fastest way to get to the Leopard. All the talk between is without consequences to the campaign.
The only time-wasting issue left is that you still have to talk to all crew members to mark each dialogue as read.

If someone still wants to play one of the tutorial mission or see a particular cutscene or talk then look for another tutorial-skip mod or modify this mod to your own likening.
For example, by simply changing the value 114 to 110 in the mod’s milestone_000_cinematic_prologue.json file, you are sent from commander creation right to the Majesty Metals mission. All the talk afterwards must still be done though.
If you still like to see a certain cutscene played then you have to copy over the System_PlayVideo action from one the original cinematic milestone files.
By the way, removing the commander creation will load straight to the Leopard screen but without any menus, so that's no option if someone likes to play without a commander character.

Installation:
1. Install BattleTechModLoader if missing.
2. Install ModTek if missing.
3. Create a Mods folder inside the BattleTech game installation main directory if missing.
4. Extract the SkipToLeopard folder from archive and copy it with content into the BattleTech\Mods folder.
5. Play!

Important:
Don't forget to assign skill points to the starter pilots, including the commander, otherwise
the game won't allow deploying the commander for a mission!
Reloading a save can also fix that issue, but it's not wise to go to missions with unspent skill points anyway.
