The base game now has an option to delete without confirmation, so I don't think this is a necessary mod any more. If you feel strongly it is, then let me know.
By Cameron's Beard! This is an AMAZING quality-of-life mod! You have NO idea how often, and colorfully I might add, that I cursed HBS ... ahem, "less-than-stellar" save/load routine. Seriously. My walls are still Blue. All that aside... DOWNLOAD THIS MOD!!! I can't imagine how you could possibly go wrong by doing so. The tedium this simple little code alleviates cannot be overstated. Try it. You'll love it! Or your money back... well, ok. So no money actually changed hands but, look at it this way. What have you got to lose? Three cheers for janxious! Hoo-rah! Hoo-rah! Hoo-rah! Endorsed and voted! Thank you so much my new favorite modder!
The code is out on github, so you could make one that doesn't require ModTek. Making one that doesn't depend on BTML would require changing the actual game libraries, so it's not really feasible for distribution outside BTML/ModTek.
This is a fantastic mod. Endorsed. If you could make a similar mod for the store when selling items that would be great. Or even a compilation mod which removes the annoying confirm nag in just about every decision you make on the leopard or Argo.
Yeah, I think it would be easy to add that sort of thing if the underlying code is all similar. If you can help me think through the places where those popups happen I can look into it. The only one I can think of is selling full mechs that are in storage, and the warnings around fielding a mech that is low on armor/tonnage.

After installing it, I was no longer able to delete any save, as clicking on the "X" did nothing.
Uninstalled the mod for now, but I would love to have this working, to help with my save-scumming addiction. <grin>
This is a ModTek mod, so you should end up with a mod.json file and FastSaveDelete.dll in a folder at BATTLETECH/Mods/FastSaveDelete
