Prevents various lists in the interface from scrolling to the top when the lists are modified, this includes:
It's not perfect, but it should be a significant quality of life improvement over the default behavior.

- Mech lab inventory lists
- Shop inventory lists
- Salvage list
- MechWarrior roster (after training skills)

INSTALLATION:
- Install the BattleTech Mod Loader from here.
- Download the mod.
- Extract the dll file to your BATTLETECH\Mods directory.
