the slow pace of the game can be a drag, this mod helps move things along.
this mod requires ModTek which allows for loading mods without editing JSON files directly (yay) and allows for mods to be persistent through patches, reinstalls, etc. and play nice together. after installing ModTek you'll have a Mods folder off of your Battletech root, unzip this mod there. you should have a new mod folder with a 'mod.json' file inside (among other files/folders).
just unzip the file into the Battletech\Mods folder, you should have a new subfolder called boostedSpeed with files in it (mod.json and others). that's it, you're off to the races.
