With the new anticheat update mod no longer works. You will need to do an update but it's hard to say how the new anticheat will take it when it is technically a data overwrite
Hi, I just found another solution without changing any game files. All you need to do is edit the settings.
First open this file with a text editor: C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\Documents\Battlefield V\settings\PROFSAVE_profile Search for "GstRender.MeshQuality" and set it to 4. That's it. I believe this will force all LODs to be fixed to it's highest quality level because I don't see any LOD changes at all and the game looks great.
Also I recommend setting "GstRender.TerrainQuality" to 4. Basically when you approach terrain, some details will "warp" out of the ground. This increases the distance of these details so you won't notice the warping anymore.
Finally I recommend setting "GstRender.UndergrowthQuality" to 3. This will avoid small details like stones, debris, small bushes to pop in when approaching. You can still notice them popping in but it happens at a higher distance and 3 seems to be the highest value because when I set it to 4 these details are completely gone.
Be aware that changing the Graphics or Audio settings in-game might overwrite this file and you need to make the changes again.
Why did nobody inform me of this mod's existence? I mean, someone did just now, but this is exactly what I needed! How convenient that someone releases this exactly when I need it.... gotta be a simulation.
I'm glad I could help you. I just uploaded an updated version of the mod where I tweaked some values. Let me know if there is anything that could be improved.
Also I will publish a new mod today that replaces all female soldiers with males in case you are interested.

I will update my mod description with this info.
