Looks like you've got shadows from the old class gear sticking around on the Support and Assault. I encountered this same issue in the Light Touch character changes mod, the quick solution is to swap their heads for somebody else's. I used the Cavalry's head for Support but really any head from the American or German side will work for the Americans (since they only ever fight Germany).
