Without your log I can't help you, if you need help find your log at Documents/Battle Brothers/log.html. Upload it to a different site as is (don't change in into a txt or smtng) and link it in your comment asking for help.
I have the zip file in the Battle Brothers data folder, and I have yet to see it work at all. I am running legends version 17. Is there supposed to be a mod options tab that I can check to make sure that things are working properly?

I can't really do anything with the information you're giving me here. 'Named Item Scouting' doesn't give any mod results on nexusmods or the legends discord and you haven't given me a (link to a) file to work with. So nothing I can do about any such issues until you give me more (any) useful info
underrated asf and should be in base game cause most of time im not even paying attention to rumours and immediately forgetting what they said making them a waste of money
