This is very late but I happened to be in the neighborhood and saw this mod compilation which includes the named item chance one.
I'd like to just say any concerns you had can be laid to rest and I thank you a lot for coming up with this! As for permissions it isn't a problem, I care more about the Custom Backgrounds mod as that has a lot of my original content in it.
I have been away this year to sort out personal business and work on a career swap, but plan on revisiting these projects soon.

Thank you so much for this compilation! tbh I just wanted a Legends-compatible version of the Named Items display chance (which isn't compatible, I tried), but couldn't figure out how to add Vazl's and AdamMil01's modifications.
Your compilation seems to show up just fine in my Legends game, yay! :D So yeah, thank you so much.

This should be 100% compatible with the whole collection of settlement tooltips. (using them myself) And really, the only reason that this compilation is a compilation is because I kinda got sick of all the "getting it to work" work I was doing and didn't want to re-pack anything else and re-test it.
If I ever get back into working mood the most likely direction this will move is the opposite one. I'd split the file in two and drop the scouting part. What I did is kinda rude to the authors of the 2/3 mods included here.
See Named Items actually DID need re-writing, so that's the part that shouldn't be taken down.
Named Item Chance display needed the finishing touches, yes. But that's also the most morally questionable part of this compilation. So I'm not really sure what's the right thing to do here would be. I mean I didn't decompile his code or otherwise get into any of his assets so in theory I shouldn't need his permission. On the other hand the code I used was posted as an improvement of HIS mod, and the way his permissions are set up I'm guessing he doesn't want versions of his mod floating around. And the issues with it weren't major. They were just a slight annoyance, really.
And the scouting info part is just excessive copying, really. The original mod has the same exact code and is fully compatible as a standalone mod. So I really shouldn't be diverting people away from it.
As for legends... I'd be pretty shocked if this somehow isn't compatible. Did you try them together?
