The blueprints for the wolf helmet and for the tower shield did not show up for me. Oddly, when I de-commented your testing blueprint, they now show up in game...perhaps the comment was not closed? Though I wouldn't think that would matter since they are separate files.
I was able to duplicate this. Its a bug created by having the testing file in there. I will upload a new version with it removed, or you can just go to the file location (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Battle Brothers\data\craft_armor_shields_V1_1.zip\scripts\crafting\blueprints) and delete it.
This will also apply to potions crafting mod as well. Weapons is unaffected.

But there's one thing - Craft Named Weapons still don't change the prices. Seems like the problem is exactly in Weapons mod.
Will you make a Lindwurm armor only version ?
