So, as I was hiding from random brigands in a castle to check out this mod. Kind of on and off - hide when they get too close and pop up when they start getting far. Being doing it for relatively short span of in-game time (maybe half in-game day - give or take), I noticed this town's military unit popped up (militia\noble army or something) and went after those dudes! And what immediately popped up in my brain is a thought that someone can\will use it to finish some combat contracts easily, cheese out hostile parties (or whatever other "shady use" you can think of), because the game being brutal and unforgiving already heavily incentivizes the player to cheese combat via passing-by caravans or militia, but the main problem with it to my knowledge there's no reliable way to always have them at your beck and call. If I understand correctly this could be a guaranteed way "to summon allied band of fighters to do your combat for you" :D and I get a devilish temptation to always use this method of fighting or "just this one time for this far above my level contract") Don't get me wrong - I loved the idea of this mod and I'm thankful to you for it, however I thought I'd bring these consideration to your attention. Maybe you can think of a way to prevent cheesy tactics from being used via the function of this mod (e.g. maybe disabling guard spawn while hiding could be a thing) Thanks!
I haven't played the game for quite some time but iirc either contract parties don't get attacked by allies or you don't get a reward for it being defeated by somebody else.
The mod worked for a while, then suddenly stopped. I looked at what mods I added after ( legends noble uniform, lair info compilation, xp in reserve) and deleted them, but it had no effect. Strange, maybe there are some nuances?
Do you have any other mods that modify the town menu? Do you press "H" while on the main settlement screen (not on the trade screen or recruitment screen etc.)?

You can only hide in castles and towns, not in villages.
Unless Legends modified the categories of settlements.
