This mod increases the maximum veteran level to 60, as opposed to the default of 33.
It appears to work with old saves, for those of you who unexpectedly hit a level cap. I don't anticipate most people will need this mod, or ever get their brothers to level 33, let alone 60, but for those few who do, here it is.
Let me know if there are any issues, I only did quick and dirty testing for it.
