If you ever return, please update line three, "local modifiersFunction = o.onUpdate;", to use ::mods_getMember. This breaks if a situation is added that does not have an onUpdate function.

Mod caused a couple issues: some towns couldn't use facilities - market, armorer etc. Then couldn't upgrade cart in retinue. Removed script folder fixed issue. Still trying to use mod, not sure what the conflict is.
Hi I dont see this showing up in my settlements - I still see it as though nothing changed? Added it to the data folder, no conflicts, not crashes but it's as though the mods have no effect?
Is there something I should enable to have mods work through steam?

It supports all of the new situations + fixes "Razed" situation description (it was missed by the author somehow).
