Excellent find, although I don't think the mod needs to ship with all the upks as they're already in the game's files. All you really need is the BmGame.inis, which can be combined into one file and it works fine.
Upks needed some editing that's why it's included, you could try deleting them from the mod DLC file, but Online Supply Drops and Injustice skin won't work anymore.
Using the UPK Explorer i changed the code, There was a thing called "Unlockcode" if i'm not mistaken, had to change it since it required a dlc purchase to work.
