btw at least the german localization was broken long before the 2022 suit update. At least in the steam version. the gog version didn't suffer from this issue.
yeah, i think there went some special effort effort in the gog release. they also deactivated the whole leaderboard stuff, that constantly tries to reach out for the internet. i think its part of their "we offer DRM free games" and i really appreciate that. unfortunately the gog version also suffers from an instable a matter of family DLC, that crashes very often. I'm not sure if the steam version has the same issue.
Yes, GOG's whole idea is to make games DRM-free so they removed leaderboard. In Steam version, Matter of Family DLC crash always after ending cutscene when the game tries to return to the main menu, and you cant play this DLC after ending because it crash while loading.
Thanks. This is easy to fix (as long as the missing translation is in files in the localization folder, as these files can even be opened with notepad). You need the version of the files before the problem occurred (I can send you the Portuguese files if you have trouble finding them) and then find the differences between the version where translation is ok and the "new" version that is missing the translation. I reported this to Rocksteady a while ago, but I don't know if they will fix it or not, anyway good luck :)
If you could send me them i'd appreciate it, my plan was to just manually write it all lol btw, did this get broken with the update that added The Batman suit or was it even before?

Honestly I could release this fix for all localizations since apparently all these files have frontend, ARchallenges and mostwanted fixed. Do you allow me to do that?
My plan was to add fixes to other languages if necessary (if someone reports a problem and wants to test the fix in their language), because I don't understand languages other than Polish and English, It would take me alot of time to test it in every language and I didn't want to simply drop and replace entire files to avoid possible bugs. If you want to test all languages or just replace entire files without manual editing, you can create your own mod. By the way, these files are not "fixed", they are in a pre-issue state, meaning before Rocksteady made the mistake and uploaded outdated files in their patch :)
Well, tbh I tested these for some languages like russian, french, german, portuguese, korean and japanese, and they all seemed fixed, ofc I don't speak most of these languages but they all stopped being in English after the files replacement. Ngl tho it just feels more right if you upload them cuz it's your files and stuff, but I could post them here too in case you don't want to (with credits to you and stuff), I even took some screenshots of them working if you want them
I will upload fixes for other languages, rename the mod to Localization Fixes, and mention you in the description and add you to "Created by". Will you agree to this? Also send these screenshots, you can upload them on imgur.
