Due to NexusMods notifications, I do not get notifications for people who comment here. I also am fairly busy and do not check back often. Before posting, I highly recommend you attempt troubleshooting your issue using the support section of the modpage, even if your issue does not fall into the categories listed above.
I do not guarantee any regular updates to the mod. If the mod is not used in the same environment that it was configured for, then it has a non-zero chance of breaking and I cannot commit to a date it will be fixed, if ever. However, it is highly likely that the mod will not need any updates for the foreseeable future.
For anyone looking at this in the future, I just want to explain why I have an all-in-one installation rather than just a preset file.
While the newer versions of Reshade have included support for (cherry picked) custom shaders, the version differences, both with Reshade and the shader files, will pretty much always result in compatibility issues. Reshade actually heavily discourages all-in-one's like mine and recommends that you download from their website and simply use a preset file; a dumb suggestion since Reshade nor the shader files ever guarantee compatibility with older presets.
I think this looks awesome with the AK Community Patch and Partial Post-Process Removal mods installed. Only conflict is that PP-PR hotkeys overlap with this preset's enable/disable hotkeys. So I had to go into Reshade and re-enable what was disabled by pressing Numpad0-2. Also disabled ADOF in reshade.
The following issues may or may not be caused by this mod specifically:
I did have some issues starting a new game. Some weird "burn in"-like effect happened during the intro cinematic. Where the last frame from inside the diner got stuck, very dim, white, like a negative image. And it persisted until the Penguin and Two-Face scene ocurred. Then some odd shadow stuff once in the game world.
I also had some controller issues, using a PS4 controller with DS4Windows emulating Xinput. Sometimes it would work, sometimes it wouldn't. Sometimes it would work incorrectly lol.
What I did to get it working:
I exited, removed the .TXT files added by PP-PR (leaving BmInput.ini in \Config). Along with removing this ReShade. Ran game, exited. Reinstalled this mod. PP-PR was then still working for some reason, no more graphical issues, and controller works properly. I don't understand how or why... But. Yay?! lmao
So yeah. Everyone having issues, try this? I guess?
(One other thing I did... After uninstalling both mods, I also installed dxgi.dll and d3d11.dll from the Vulkan API mod. Ran the game [it lags and hogs resources!], then uninstalled it. Before reinstalling this ReShade. And ran the game between making changes. Maybe this could also help?)
Edit: Upon further review, it seems the SSR.fx in this preset is what causes graphical artifacts. It creates reflections in certain areas where subtitles and other misc deformities will appear in the reflection. Most noticeable under desks and on the window blinds inside GCPD. Tried replacing the quint reshade effects, but that didn't help. So I disabled it.

Yeah, I don't guarantee compatibility with anything else for this reason. Keybinds worked for me personally, but perhaps not with other mods or for other people. But yes, it's easy to remap everything.

I don't think I ever specifically tested at the beginning of the game. The only thing I can think of is that depth shaders get confused with pre-rendered cinematics. This should be fixed by toggling off and on, or at most, reloading the shaders from Reshade's UI.

Steam also has PS controller support, could be an incompatibility there. Otherwise, I don't think this (or any?) version of Reshade has controller support.

I would further guess an incompatibility with the beginning of the game. For anyone else experiencing these issues, try installing Reshade after you start the game, and unbinding the numkeys before you install this mod.

Yeah, any depth effect will be a bit wonky with Reshade, especially SSR. I never personally experienced extreme issues, but now I would assume there are many far better SSR shaders available.
Anyone knows why does my character does not move? Everything else is working just Batman doesn't move. Only Map, missions, upgrades are openable, i can't even pause it doesn't work. Please HELP
The only way Reshade would prevent movement is if the UI was open, clearly not the case since you can open the other UI screens. Otherwise, perhaps your movement keys somehow got bound to Reshade's keybinds. Make sure you install fresh.
I made these presets before shaders such as that fog mask and sky mask got popular. If I ever reinstall the game I will likely make a new preset, now that I have further knowledge of color grading, photography, and shader effects. It would be interesting to play around with the new Reshade "addon" function though!
Due to the nature of Reshade, adding in effects such as depth of field is not possible without artifacts. If you simply want the color grading, you can disable the depth related effects using the following shortcuts:
Num 1: Toggle Ambient Obscurance Num 3: Toggle Depth of Field Num 4: Toggle Screen Space Reflections
You can also play around with the following: Num 5: Toggle Lighting Effects Num 6: Toggle Sharpening Effects

I can't explain it in full detail, but you need the reshade with addon support and the addon "ReshadeEffectShaderToggler"
