You can change the suit's description by editing it in the GFxUI file located in the Localization folder. Open the file as a notepad and write something else to replace the quote.
Personally, I changed it to: Don't let the looks fool you
These old Batman suits look so silly that it gets hard to take the game seriously (I mean... play with Adam West skin and you'll see)!
