Update of the modded  Engine.UPK that removes partially. This is my more refined version. with the earlier 2 versions there was a lot of trial and error and I had changed values and moved stuff around and even though it did not affect gameplay I was not happy with it so I created this final version with what I learned only removed the post processing partially and touching nothing else. This is my final version since there is no where else to go with this particular mod.
